Kanorado Community Museum

Coal Shed

The Coal Shed has been recently restored and continues to be updated with new showcase areas for the museum.

Cook Shack

The Cook Shack was donated to the museum with very little information about its past. It wasn’t until restoration work began that pieces of its hidden history started to come to light.

Rock Island drover’s caboose

The Rock Island drover’s caboose was restored only a few years ago, but how it found its way to Kanorado remains a mystery.
